RETURN POLICY

TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Customers must initiate a return request within 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery by contacting Ajanta Shoes (India) Private Limited ("Ajanta Shoes") via WhatsApp or voice call at +91 97484 31818 or via email at info@ajantashoes.com.

Customers can claim a refund within 15 (fifteen) days from the receipt of the product.
Return requests exceeding 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery shall not be entertained unless specifically covered under warranty terms.

Return Conditions:

Ajanta Shoes shall accept returns strictly subject to the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
• The product must be returned in a resalable condition, in its original packaging, along with all tags, labels, and shoe tags intact.
• Products exhibiting dirty soles, footprints, or any visible signs of usage shall not be eligible for return.
• The returned product must reach Ajanta Shoes' designated warehouse within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery.

Free Gifts:

Where a purchase included a free gift or promotional item, such items must also be returned to Ajanta Shoes in an unused and undamaged condition along with the main product.



Return Shipping:

Unless the return arises from a defect or error attributable to Ajanta Shoes, the cost of return shipping shall be borne solely by the customer. Customers must retain valid proof of shipment and tracking details until receipt is confirmed by Ajanta Shoes.


Reverse Pick-Up:

Once a valid return request is received, Ajanta Shoes shall schedule a reverse pick-up of the product. The pick-up process shall be completed within 10 (ten) business days of scheduling, subject to serviceability of the location.






Right to Reject Returns:

Ajanta Shoes reserves
the absolute right to refuse any return that does not comply with the
conditions set out herein or that is initiated beyond the permitted timeframe.










Revised Return Policy
We do not offer returns for refunds. However:

  • If your shoe has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will replace it with the same model and size.
  • If your shoe size is too big or too small, we will offer an exchange for the correct size.

Conditions for Exchange/Replacement:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Shoes must be unused, with all original tags, labels, and box packaging intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 2–7 business days to the original payment method.
