1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
- How to Cancel: Contact our customer support team with your Order ID and a brief reason for cancellation.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 2–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Coupons & Discounts: If you used a coupon during purchase, the coupon value will not be refunded or reinstated once used.
2. Return Policy
We do not offer returns for refund. However:
- If your shoe has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will replace it with the same model and size.
- If your shoe size is too big or too small, we will offer an exchange for the correct size.
Conditions for Exchange/Replacement:
- Request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- Shoes must be unused, with all original tags, labels, and box packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
3. Non-returnable Items
We will not accept exchanges or replacements for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags.
- Requests made after the 2-day window.
- Products purchased as part of a final sale or clearance.
4. Process for Exchange or Replacement
- Contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery with your Order ID, reason for exchange/replacement, and clear product photos.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you for return shipping.
- After inspection, the exchange or replacement will be shipped within 3–7 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, notify us within 2 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
