EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to exchange your footwear for a different size, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or voice call at 9748431818, and mention the reason for the exchange along with your invoice details. Once we approve your request, we will arrange for a pickup from your location. Upon receiving the product in our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. If the product passes the quality inspection, we will ship the requested size to you.

Please Note:

• If you require a different design or color of the product, we recommend placing a new order.

Exchange Conditions:

• The item must be unused, ndamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
